HEADLINER REPLACEMENT

UPDATE: 4/24/07, 3 years later the headliner has not come off in deep south humid heat. So I'd say it worked great.

Cost: $10 for material, $8 for Spray Adhesive (3M 8088)

Cause: Old headliner was in face, looked like crap.

Basics: Ok, the first picture is of the old headliner. Looks kind of crappy I thought. Plus very annoying. So I removed the trim pieces from around the top then took the whole headliner assembly out (second pic).

The third picture is after I removed the gray material from the headliner assy. Be very careful, that stuff isn't very tough.

I bought new material and some adhesive called 8088. That stuff rocks. It resists heat better than most other adhesives.

And there you go, the new finished product installed.

Pros: Better Looks, will last years to come.

Cons: None
