Custom Light Bar

Price: $100 for 5 lights and covers, Light bar - Free (Stock)

Cause: Wanted more Off-Road lighting and cool looks.

Basics: First off, I didn't really like to spend a lot of money on a light bar setup. So I looked to my Factory stock Luggage Rail. It is stainless steel and pretty strong.

So I decided to drill holes in it and see how it would work. First off, stainless steel is a bitch to drill through. Especially the way the rail is setup. But, they all went on and looked good too.

Wiring was tricky, had to run wires inside somehow, so under one of the mounting rails, I ran the wires in there and sealed it off good.

Pros: Looks great, Works great and cheap.

Cons: Watch out for the light studs they can rub on roof, after a year now the plastic ends on the rails are wearing out a little.
