Caution: Be sure to take care around you fuel injectors. I realized that I had damaged two of them in the process of cleaning out my valve cover. I must have leaned on them a little. But none the less, they were leaking like a stuck pig. And at 50 bucks a pop, I wouldn't want to do that too many times.

First off, I completely cleaned my valve cover out. Got the PCV tubes inside there all nice and clean. Reinstalled and waited 24 hours for it to dry. Then Removed all the old intake setup.

New and Old Setup : First picture is the old setup. Everything in red is stuff I removed. Pretty much all the PVC and intake system.

1. Rear PVC Setup : On the rear, I used the stock grommet, and using the stock hard vacuum line, I cut a section off of it. (seen in pics) and added a new vacuum hose. I just stuck the short hard line into the end of the new hose and then run in in the grommet. Seems to work real well.

2. Front PVC Setup : Here I decided to go with a Breather. Which, I used the grommet off my old fix, and the breather fit right in there perfect. So no need to change that. Now the oil can't get sucked to my air filter because it's not attached. So far its working great and no undo pressure seems to be building up at all.

3. Vacuum Fitting : Here is the two lines I don't need anymore. I just looped them off to close them. On top of this fitting is the fuel regulator hose. Which I replaced with some new stuff while I was at it.

4. Vacuum Fitting (from rear PVC) : All I did here was pull the hard line out of the bottom of the line. Then installed the new vacuum hose from the Rear PCV to it. Real easy.

Overview and Leftovers : Here is what a side view looks like. And the leftovers from the install.

After this install, I now have some kick ass ventilation from my PCV system. Now, the Rear PCV really sucks, and the front has a noticeable suction going "IN". Which it has never gone in, always blowing out. So the rear must really be sucking good to get that kind of suction up front.

Rustys Air Tube and Filter : Now, I needed to get that big, bulky air box out of there. and put in a nice performance intake and filter. Works real good. Install was so easy.

Pros: No more Oil Blow-by and Better intake performance.

Cons: None yet.
